With, to be sure, some lessons from the Russian Revolution. It won&#8217;t work, because America has more than one city that matters, but they&#8217;re trying anyway. <\/p>\n<p> Here&#8217;s the playbook. (Though, really, there&#8217;s only one play, not lots of paths to take.) The country has  a leader who is deeply unpopular with the upper classes, though he has strong support out in the boondocks from the peasants.
